- After the New Year, Fr. John O'Brien, C.P., conducted research
for a paper to be presented on April 17, 2004 at the Spring meeting
of The American Catholic Historical Association at St. Thomas
University, Miami, Florida. The title of his paper is "The Cross
and the Crucified: The Foundation Years of Our Lady of Florida
Spiritual Center."
- "New Jersey Catholicism-A View from the New Jersey Turnpike and
the Passionist Presence in Union City" was the topic of a talk
given by Fr. Rob Carbonneau, C.P. on March 4 2004 6pm as part of
the William Noé Field Seton Hall, [South Orange NJ]
University History & New Jersey Catholicism Lecture Series. It
was held at in the Walsh Library.
- Read the new article by Fr. Rob. It is "Father Barnabas Mary
Ahern, C.P.: Religious Life and Biblical Scholarship" U. S.
Catholic Historian Vol. 22 (Winter, 2004): pages 93-112.
